ASR Group, the world’s largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, seeks an FP&A Analyst for Capital Investments to drive financial analyses supporting major capital investments. Build business cases, model cash flows, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate complex challenges into actionable investment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of FP&A, financial analysis, capital planning or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models and translate operational assumptions into investment cash flows.
• Experience with SAP, BI tools or manufacturing data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain capital investment models (cash flow, NPV, IRR, payback, scenario analysis).
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting and project sponsors to validate scope, costs and benefits.
• Prepare executive-ready business cases and recommendations with clear rationale and risks.
