ASR Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst, Capital Investments to lead financial analyses of major capital projects across Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain. You will model cash flows, evaluate returns and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, automate recurring work and strengthen management reporting, with occasional travel to manufacturing sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis or capital planning experience.
• B.A. or B.S. required; coursework in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related quantitative discipline is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain capital investment models (cash flow, NPV, IRR, payback, scenario analyses).
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting and sponsors to validate scope and costs.
• Prepare executive-ready business cases with rationale, alternatives, assumptions and risks.
• Support annual capital planning, forecasts and long-range planning.
• Apply AI tools to improve forecasting and reporting in FP&A workflows.
• Lead post-completion reviews and capture lessons for future projects.
