Job summary

Crux AI, a U.S.-based integrated AI infrastructure company, seeks a senior FP&A leader to guide enterprise planning and budgeting across the organization.

You willpartner with the CFO and executive team to drive data-driven decisions, optimize capital allocation, and build a scalable FP&A function leveraging AI-enabled planning platforms. A background in capital-intensive technology is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 7 years in FP&A leadership roles managing high-performing teams.
• Experience within capital-intensive and/or fast-growing technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Report to the CFO as a key member of the finance team and trusted advisor to the executive team.
• Drive financial strategy and resource allocation with data-driven decision-making.
• Lead enterprise-wide planning, including a 12- to 24-month rolling forecast and board reporting dashboards.
• Architect the FP&A tech stack using AI-forward models and planning platforms to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Build bottom-up operational and capital plans with business-unit leaders.
• Mentor and lead a diverse FP&A team to inform strategic decision-making.
