Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial modeling, monthly close, and strategic analysis for a multi-segment public company. You will build executive-quality dashboards, own data pipelines from SAP, and collaborate with cross‑functional budget owners and leadership.

You will work with SAP, Power BI, and a modern EPM platform while supporting capital allocation decisions and cross-border reporting with the China team. The role emphasizes AI/LLM‑enabled finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel; driver-based models across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Experience with monthly close cycles, variance analysis, budget, and forecast.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready insight.
• Comfortable operating in a build-and-improve environment with ownership mindset.
• Strong communication skills to explain financial analysis to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and variance analysis cycle — deliver commentary within 7 business days after close with drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build driver-based financial models for AOP, rolling forecast, and 3–5 year strategic plan.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI packages in Power BI; manage SAP data pipelines into reporting.
• Collaborate with department budget owners to gather, validate, and consolidate forecast inputs.
• Support Board materials, investor presentations, earnings-call prep, and other strategic deliverables.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for capital allocation and cost actions.
• Contribute to cross-border reporting with China-based finance counterparts as needed.
• Participate in FP&A modernization — EPM rollout, process automation, and AI/LLM workflow experimentation.
