Job summary

Diality, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities for its kidney disease-focused medical device business.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
• Clear communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Collaborate with FP&A Manager and department leads to validate forecast assumptions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with variance analysis.
• Analyze variances with business partners and accounting to understand drivers.
• Maintain schedules for forecasts, expenses, headcount, capex, and other forecasts.
• Assist with financial modeling and scenarios for initiatives and manufacturing.
• Update components of the long-range financial model under supervision.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities for management.
• Support monthly close with expense analysis and accrual estimates.
• Assist with automation, processes, systems, and executive reporting.
