Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst II in Richmond, VA to partner with business leaders on forecasting, reporting, and expense management, driving actionable insights from complex data.

You will build financial models, support month-end close, and contribute to budgeting and long-range planning, with heavy exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Healthcare or DME industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities, including forecasting, reporting, and expense management.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Perform expense reconciliations and investigate significant variances.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand business performance and key drivers.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
