Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Analytics, Business Planning, Pricing, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience supporting financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, or commercial analytics. Interest in commercial finance, pricing strategy, deal structuring, and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and drive value for Alcon.
• Support pricing governance by reviewing quotes, contracts, and pricing requests for compliance with established guidelines.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models used across the Surgical Finance organization.
• Assist with forecasting, planning, and business performance analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Commercial Operations to support commercial initiatives.
• Analyze business trends and provide insights on pricing, programs, and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency.
• Support strategic projects across Commercial Programs, Deal Desk, Business Planning & Analysis, and Strategic Pricing.
