Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Associate I, Commercial Management - Surgical (Professional Path) in Houston to support the Surgical Sales, Marketing and Operations teams. You will handle quotes, analyze data, and help drive process improvements while training new sales reps and supporting system upgrades.

The role emphasizes English communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery and account outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English.
• Location: Onsite, Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Create, receive, and handle departmental quote, contract, and service requests across teams.
• Analyze historical data to provide insights and drive improvements.
• Update bills of materials by replacing discontinued components.
• Train and develop new sales reps on processes and quoting software.
• Provide support for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Handle daily and weekly deviations.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email using a cloud-based platform.
• Troubleshoot material, production, or shipping delays.
• Assist sales reps in securing key accounts with high-volume customers.
