Job summary

Codex, a fully integrated real estate firm overseeing assets and lending services in the United States, is seeking a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst to coordinate and manage financial data and documentation.

You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of regulatory submissions, collaborate with Legal and Finance, manage the regulatory response pipeline, and deepen understanding of our reporting systems while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree, CPA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.
  • Experience in Planful preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Open to change; agile; high learning agility.
  • Strong analytical skills with sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage financial data and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and servicing-related data for regulators.
  • Support the company's compliance with all state requirements.

Job description

They are a fully integrated real estate firm that has grown into a diversified enterprise overseeing several billion in assets. The organization delivers coordinated solutions across the full spectrum of real estate and lending services.

Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, the position is responsible for coordinating and managing financial data and documentation. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and servicing-related data submitted to regulators and supports the company's compliance with all state requirements.

Additionally, this position works closely with the Legal and Finance teams, manages the regulatory response pipeline, and maintains a deep understanding of our financial reporting systems and resources.

Qualifications include:
