Iris Financial Group Inc. is seeking an FP&A Associate to own budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for client engagements in a CFO Advisory setting. You will transform raw QuickBooks data into client-ready deliverables and progressively take on more client-facing responsibilities.

Work is remote with Nashville-area requirements; you will partner with the Director of Financial Services and a bookkeeping team to ensure accurate close and actionable insights for diverse small- to mid-size clients.

Formación

• 1–3 years of FP&A or related accounting experience.
• Strong Excel/Sheets capabilities and budgeting knowledge.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and basic financial statements.
• Ability to turn numbers into clear business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Build annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare budget-to-actual analyses and explain variances.
• Develop financial models for pricing, hiring, expansion, financing, and capital purchases.
• Create KPI dashboards and client reports.
• Draft summaries and talking points for client meetings.
• Pull and clean data from QuickBooks Online and other systems.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping to ensure close-ready numbers.
• Track deliverables across multiple client engagements and flag risks.
