Job summary

Talantir is seeking an FP&A professional for a 100% remote role with occasional travel to the Arizona headquarters. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering with leadership and PE stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years FP&A experience, strong communication, and proven reporting skills in software/SaaS/Fintech environments. Adaptive and Salesforce experience is a plus, enabling robust planning and insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong communication skills; ambitious and motivated.
• FP&A and reporting experience required.
• Software / SaaS / Fintech industry experience preferred.
• Adaptive experience a plus.
