Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ, seeks an Associate Manager of Sales Operations Finance to support DSD networks with financial analysis and reporting. You will own stale chargeback processes, provide distributor insights, and drive process improvements across the snacks sales finance team.

You will build Power BI dashboards, validate data, and partner with IT to standardize reporting while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring IDP stale chargeback processes, including preparation, analysis, data validation, and communication.
• Prepare leadership summaries, distributor-level analyses, and UPC-level detail to explain chargeback drivers.
• Develop quarterly stale objective rates and thresholds for IDPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop quarterly stale product exception items.
• Load/update IDP stale data and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and finance reports.
• Translate business requirements for IT partners and support reporting modernization.
