Waabi, a frontier tech leader in AI-powered autonomous mobility, is hiring an Associate to join its FP&A team. You will build core FP&A frameworks, manage budgets and forecasts, and deliver timely financial reporting with KPI dashboards.

The role emphasizes scalable modeling and data-driven decision support for leadership. The candidate will bring 3–5+ years of IB/PE or FP&A experience at a high-growth tech company, strong financial modeling skills, and excellent executive communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Investment Banking/Private Equity or FP&A/Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on accuracy and scalability.
• Ability to distill data into clear insights for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish foundational FP&A frameworks including leadership reporting and monthly variances.
• Manage annual budget and forecasts with cross-functional collaboration to protect cash flow.
• Produce timely financial reports and board materials with dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Automate and standardize financial processes to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of investments, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities.
