Bayview Asset Management, LLC is seeking an FP&A Associate to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, valuation, and strategic analytics. You will partner with FP&A leadership and cross‑functional teams to build rigorous models and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced asset management environment.

The role requires 4–6 years of analytical finance experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AI tools and visualization platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant FP&A, valuation, investment banking, or similar analytical finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including integrated statements, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Advanced Excel with clear, well‑structured models for large datasets.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work and solve problems creatively.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning for Bayview Asset Management.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key value drivers and risks, compare against budget and forecast.
• Evaluate financial impact of new initiatives, investments, and business decisions, including returns and key assumptions.
• Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop dashboards and visuals to communicate results to owners and senior leadership.
• Assist in tracking KPIs to support performance management and cost optimization.
