Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Process professional to lead cross‑functional process harmonization across Finance. You will design, build, and maintain automated data ingestion and BI reporting pipelines, partnering with SAP, BW, PRISM, APEX and other system owners.

In this hybrid role, you will drive continuous improvement, work in Agile sprints with Jira, and partner with Digital Technologies, Finance and Program teams to deliver timely financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with analytics and/or statistical modeling.
• U.S. citizenship required for program access.

Responsibilities

• Support finance processes across Raytheon Finance.
• Deliver standardized Big-Data reporting and dashboards.
• Bridge gaps with automation and technology.
• Partner with SAP core teams, Digital Technologies, and Enterprise Services.
• Design and maintain automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines.
• Collaborate with PRISM, APEX, SAP, BW, and other system owners to map data and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage work in Agile sprints and track progress in Jira.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Digital Technology, and Program teams to align data products.
