Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting & Power BI Analytics Principal to join our FP&A team in a hybrid US-based role. You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to enable actionable insights across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong data visualization and financial reporting expertise with mastery of data governance and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise-scale analytics with accuracy.

Qualifications

Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience.
Experience using Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, datasets, models, and related reporting tools.
Manage Power BI Service assets including Dataflows, Workspaces, and Paginated Reports.
Own Power BI reporting solutions ensuring data accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and stakeholders to translate needs into analytics.
Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports, variance analyses, trends, and KPIs.
Partner with FP&A to improve reporting processes and automate workflows.
Ensure data governance and documentation, data definitions, and version control.
Troubleshoot data issues with IT/data teams.
Train stakeholders on dashboard functionality and drive adoption.
