Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation seeks an FP&A Analytics, Team Lead to unite finance, data and leadership. You will guide advanced analytics for the finance department, own reporting automation, and coach a small analysts team. The role blends SQL, Alteryx, and data exploration to inform how the bank makes money.

You’ll work with senior leaders, design models, and drive improvements across cost, profitability and performance reporting using Python, R, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics/Science, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years of directly related experience in project management or business analytics management.
• CFA or CMA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the team’s Alteryx processes and reporting automation, improving finance reporting accuracy.
• Build analysis and reporting with SQL, Power BI, R, and Python to answer cost, profitability and performance questions.
• Partner with controller group, Corporate Treasury, and business lines to define needs and deliver insights.
