Qualifications

• Strong FP&A or finance analytics background with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Hands-on SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform.
• Experience building analytics consumption layers and data products for finance.
• Proven ability to lead and coach technical teams.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Python, APIs, or related automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance analytics engineering and automation across Snowflake, SQL, and automation tools.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with Finance and Data Engineering teams.
• Build Finance-ready consumption views and reusable datasets for FP&A users.
• Perform SQL analysis, lineage tracing, and impact assessment on data flows.
• Establish and automate technical controls for critical Finance processes.
• Lead automation engineering and set standards for production support and documentation.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure clean handoffs and ownership boundaries.
• Support architecture and productionization of AI-assisted Finance workflows.
