Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Dallas to work with finance and operations leadership on FP&A activities. You will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and KPI tracking in a hybrid role.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business units. This role pays 115K-125K with bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance or business required.
• 2–5 years of FP&A experience in a growth environment.
• Advanced Excel; data mining, SQL, Macros or related experience a plus.
• Hyperion experience highly desired.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with cross-functional ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting package and board reports.
• Develop financial models and present analytics to management.
• Conduct industry and market analyses.
• Manage ad-hoc financial and operational reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and review variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast.
• Support monthly close with variance analyses and performance metrics.
• Lead planning, coordination and consolidation of budgets/forecasts.
• Continuously analyze revenue and expense drivers for forecasts.
