Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an FP&A Analyst to develop monthly operating trend and variance reports and build complex financial models for investment opportunities. You will assist the FP&A Manager in budgeting and deliver monthly operation reports covering casino segments and overall performance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of analytical experience in a high-volume casino environment, with strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• At least one year of analytical experience preferably in a high volume, complex casino environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly reports with emphasis on operating trend and variance analyses.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and develop complex financial models for various projects.
• Assist in the development of the operating budget with the FP&A Manager.
• Prepare monthly reports including slot, table games, and operations reports.
• Monitor operating results to identify business trends and profitability.
