Job summary

VF Outdoor, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A activities, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will work under the Manager of FP&A to analyze performance, build financial models, and deliver insights on sales, margins and strategic initiatives.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting/Economics degree with 0–2 years’ multinational FP&A experience. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and ERP skills are important in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in the FP&A function at a multinational company.
• ERP systems and financial reporting tools experience.
• Proficient in Excel; advanced PowerPoint, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Manager of FP&A and prepare business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Support development and implementation of the annual budget, strategic plan, and monthly operating results.
• Maintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Track Actuals vs Budget/Forecast for Sales & Margin and analyze variances.
• Provide analytics and reporting around pricing, cost of goods, and product/channel mix.
• Drive enhancements in financial reporting and system requirements; provide ad hoc support.
