Job summary

Maymont Homes in Charleston, SC is seeking a Financial Analyst to build and refine financial models supporting cash flow forecasting, valuation, and fund performance within a fast-growing SFR and BTR portfolio.

You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, Asset Management, and leadership to deliver timely analyses, maintain documentation, and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting in a high-energy real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Real Estate, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of financial analysis or investment analysis experience required.
• Experience in real estate investment, property management, valuation, or portfolio management preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP reporting; IFRS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for cash flow projections and fund performance.
• Perform return, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting with accurate analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Asset Management, and Operations.
