Roers Companies is seeking a Property FP&A Manager in Plymouth, MN to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence for the operating real estate portfolio.

The role owns data, tools, and processes, driving timely, accurate insights to support property and investment decisions. Strong real estate finance knowledge and leadership is essential for building teams and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A, asset management, CRE finance, investments, or related analytical field.
• 2+ years leading people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Property FP&A function, set priorities, and develop analysts.
• Own budgeting and ongoing forecast across operating portfolio.
• Develop property/portfolio reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
• Partner with Asset/Property Management and Accounting on forecasting and reporting.
