Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to monitor regulatory changes and translate them into quantified P&L impacts within the Network P&L. You will build financial models, align pricing initiatives with budget cycles, and partner with Network Pricing and Strategy to reflect new assumptions in forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning skills with ability to translate regulatory and policy changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks state and federal legislative and regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L, including drug pricing legislation and Medicaid reimbursement changes.
• Builds financial models to quantify the P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates on Network revenue, COGS, and fees.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate new pricing assumptions and initiative financial impacts into budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing legislative and initiative-related financial impacts for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
