Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to model the financial impact of regulatory and policy changes on the Network P&L within the Pharmacy Services business. You will partner with Network Pricing to reflect new pricing strategies in the financial plan.

Responsibilities include monitoring legislation, building P&L models, and communicating findings to Finance leadership. 40-hour work week with full-time status and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning to quantify regulatory and policy changes into P&L impacts.
• Proficiency in Excel; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors state and federal legislative changes with financial implications for the Network P&L, including drug pricing legislation and Medicaid changes.
• Builds financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing updates on network revenue, COGS, and fees.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate new pricing assumptions into budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing financial impacts for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed.
