Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track, model and financially integrate legislative changes and pricing initiatives into the Network P&L. You will quantify impacts on revenue, COGS, and fees while partnering with Pricing, Strategy and Legal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong analytical ability, and expertise in Excel with scenario modeling. Masters preferred; base pay reflects location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Translate regulatory and policy changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor state and federal legislative/regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Build financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates.
• Partner with Network Pricing and Strategy to integrate new pricing assumptions into budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare reporting and management updates summarizing financial impacts for leadership.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
