Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track, model, and financially integrate regulatory changes and pricing initiatives into the Network P&L within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business. You will monitor regulatory developments and quantify their impact on revenue, COGS, fees, and credits.

The role partners with Network Pricing to ensure pricing strategies are reflected in the financial plan; requires a Bachelor's, 3–5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning skills with ability to translate regulatory changes into P&L impacts.
• Experience with healthcare/pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors state and federal legislative and regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Builds financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing updates.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate pricing assumptions into budget/forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
