Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. in Houston is seeking an FP&A Analyst II to join the Supply B2B finance team. You will contribute to planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, partnering with operations, sales, and accounting to deliver insights and ensure governance.

The role requires solid modeling, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/planning tools (SAP, SAC, BFC). Hybrid work, 3 days on-site; salary range $63,300–$96,945 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, SAC, BFC).
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial results per ENGIE Group standards.
• Create management dashboards, KPIs, and analytical commentary for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly business reviews highlighting performance drivers.
