Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks an FP&A Advisor to support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for the finance leadership team, including the CFO. You will prepare monthly reports, analyze results vs budget, investigate variances, and collaborate with Project Controls, Accounting, Asset Management, and business teams to ensure accuracy of financial results.

Responsibilities include coordinating annual budgets and reforecasts, and delivering insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including financial statements.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Experience preparing monthly financial reporting and explaining actual vs budget performance.
• Excel skills with analytical and reporting functions for day-to-day analysis.
• Experience using Power BI for BI/reporting tasks.
• Financial modeling, data analysis, and data visualization capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy.
• This role requires regular attendance at the Houston office and <10% travel.
