Free Market Health in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an FP&A Analyst II to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance across the organization. You will partner with leaders to deliver financial insights for strategic decisions and growth.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration, and translating data into actionable recommendations for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related discipline.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and KPI knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Drive planning and forecasting for annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial analyses, variances, and performance metrics.
• Develop models and tools to evaluate initiatives and investments.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve financial transparency and accountability.
• Enhance reporting capabilities and automate processes using modern tools.
