The role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration, and translating data into actionable recommendations for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related discipline.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and KPI knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and forecasting for annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial analyses, variances, and performance metrics.
• Develop models and tools to evaluate initiatives and investments.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve financial transparency and accountability.
• Enhance reporting capabilities and automate processes using modern tools.
