Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst II in Houston, TX, to join the Supply B2B team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and providing financial insights to cross-functional partners.

You will prepare dashboards, KPIs, and management commentary while supporting governance and control standards. The successful candidate will have 2+ years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI and ERP planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI preferred; experience with SAP, SAC, BFC.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial results per ENGIE standards.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and narrative analysis.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly business reviews for management and corporate.
• Identify forecasting improvements and data quality opportunities.
• Assist automation and standardization of FP&A processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate results into insights.
