What You Can Expect
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst II contributes to financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities within ENGIE North America’s Supply B2B business. The role supports Management and ENGIE Group financial reporting requirements and partners closely with the Supply B2B US teams such as the Finance, Portfolio Management, Operations, and Sales teams as well as the North America Finance team and the ONEB2B Finance team to provide financial insight on profitability drivers and risks.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across functions while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ENGIE financial governance.
This position, based in Houston, TX, reports to the Supply B2B FP&A leader.

Compensation
Salary Range: $63,300 – $96,945 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
