Home Franchise Concepts, a leading home improvement franchising company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide finance, analytics and decision-support across brands. You will develop forecasts, budgets and management reports while partnering with brand leaders and BI teams to drive financial insights and performance.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint, financial modeling, and GAAP knowledge, with 3–5 years in finance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of work experience in finance.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting and management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets with Brand/Department leaders.
• Conduct monthly business reviews and present KPI results vs expectations.
• Identify risks/opportunities and collaborate on mitigation or pursuit.
• Support strategic projects with analytical and modeling support.
• Partner with BI to develop dashboards for trend visibility and KPI tracking.
• Assist in creating monthly/quarterly management decks for executives.
