Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the FP&A function, analyze results, and help build annual plans and forecasts. You will work with the Director of FP&A and finance leaders to turn data into insights that drive business decisions.

The role includes hands-on experience with HFM reporting and cross-functional collaboration across the ChemPharma/Energy group.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly variances in Balance Sheet and Income Statements.
• Develop senior-level presentations on results, models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Assist in annual operating plan development and various forecasts.
• Prepare HFM-based financial reports and validation for management.
