Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze and present monthly financial results.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy.
• Support the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles.
• Own portions of the monthly close process, including journals and reconciliations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance and margins.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to track production and operational benchmarks.
