Job summary

Pierce Manufacturing, a leading Oshkosh company, invites applications for a Finance Intern to assist the FP&A team with analysis, budgeting and reporting. The role focuses on operational and sales/marketing analytics and improving financial processes.

The intern will contribute to monthly close activities, costing of trucks, and development of forecasts while working in a collaborative environment designed to support growth and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the summer and part-time during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning & analysis tasks and internal reporting.
• Support costing of trucks and month-end close activities.
• Help develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in reporting of new truck bookings and related data.
• Maintain scheduling room boards/tags and other data
• Contribute to process improvements using technology and continuous improvement tools.
• Support with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Contribute to team projects as assigned by your leader.
