Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and partner with Manufacturing to drive analytics and business insight. You will build models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards to support budgeting and strategic decisions across plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, strong data skills with Excel, Power BI, SQL, and ERP tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for improving profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, engineering, industrial, or other operations-focused businesses preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, Vista by Viewpoint, or similar ERP and business intelligence tools.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analytical tools for Manufacturing operations.
• Deliver financial and operational reporting with insights on plant, product, project performance.
• Own manufacturing KPI reporting, tracking labor efficiency, production output, utilization, safety, quality, and cost.
• Analyze labor costs, workforce trends, productivity, staffing, and utilization.
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting, including labor and overhead.
• Assist with month‑end close activities and variance analyses.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports with insights on drivers and risks.
• Support capital expenditure planning, ROI analysis, and post-investment reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.
• Present analyses to executives and manage documentation.
