Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Financial Analyst in Tempe to deliver insightful financial analysis, support planning and forecasting, and partner with business leaders to drive informed decisions.

The role emphasizes communicating complex financial data clearly, building models, and supporting monthly closes in a dynamic retail environment. In-office 4 days/week with Fridays optionally remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or business analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational metrics to understand performance and drivers.
• Support annual operating plan, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Provide decision support to leaders with clear financial insights and storytelling.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly close processes and reporting.
