The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Hybrid in Tempe, AZ with four days in the office and Fridays optionally remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or business analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large datasets and financial systems (e.g., Power BI, ERP tools) preferred.
• Familiarity with retail or consumer-facing businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key financial and operational metrics to understand performance, trends, and drivers.
• Translate complex data into digestible insights that inform decision-making and planning.
• Build and maintain models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting on revenue drivers, expense trends, and profitability.
