Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and Accounting. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, costing, and pricing support to improve forecast accuracy, margin performance, and business decisions.

Hybrid role in Cherry Hill, NJ, on-site at least 2 days/week. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and the ability to translate operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cost of goods sold, gross margin, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with modeling, lookups, pivots, data validation and scenario analysis.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and communicate insights clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis across COGS, supply chain costs, pricing actions, and margin performance.
• Analyze standard costs, PPV, manufacturing variances, freight, warehousing, inventory, and cost-to-serve drivers.
• Translate operational activity into meaningful financial insights with cross-functional partners.
• Support pricing initiatives, customer profitability analysis, bid evaluations, and margin impact assessments.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting for decision-making.
