Lassonde Pappas & Co. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an FP&A Analyst (Costing/Supply Chain) for a full-time, hybrid role. You will support budgeting, forecast accuracy, costing, and pricing decisions across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong Excel, and experience with cost accounting and variances. On-site 2 days/week with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years FP&A, cost accounting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, COGS, gross margin, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling, lookups, pivots, and scenarios.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and communicate insights.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis across COGS and supply chain costs.
• Analyze PPV, manufacturing variances, freight, warehousing, inventory, and cost-to-serve drivers.
• Translate operational activity into meaningful financial insights with cross-functional teams.
• Support pricing initiatives and customer profitability analyses.
• Develop models, dashboards, and executive-ready reports for decision making.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting processes.
• Identify process improvements and automation to enhance data integrity.
