Seacoast Bank Careers is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their financial planning team in Stuart, FL. The role focuses on budgeting, performance management, M&A activities, system implementations, and related initiatives, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to lead project tasks.

The candidate will support budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, review trends, and prepare board-ready reports with KPI metrics, while adhering to the bank's Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• 2 years of related experience with financial institutions in Finance/Accounting.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query and Project skills.
• SQL, MySQL and Project Management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
• Provide in-depth Line of Business budgeting and monthly forecasting support, establishing timelines for completion and supports the presentation of results regularly to executive management.
• Provide support for completion of the annual budget, quarterly forecast and the three-year strategic planning process.
• Use and/or develop financial models to direct future business ventures, new products, strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Review reports on historical and future trends in performance and returns to determine appropriate paths for financial development.
• Prepares accurate board and management reporting, company metrics and competitive benchmarking.
• Develops profitability metrics and KPIs to provide a benchmark for a future line of business growth.
• Support the Bank’s M&A activity, including due diligence, forecasting and post-close analytics.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
