Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• 2 years of related FP&A/Banking experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query and Project skills.
• Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources; SQL/MySQL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A Manager and provide budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Budgeting, quarterly forecast, and 3-year strategic planning support.
• Develop financial models for ventures, products, strategies and campaigns.
• Review historical and forecast trends to guide financial development.
• Prepare board/management reports, metrics and benchmarking.
• Develop profitability metrics and KPIs for growth lines.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence and post-close analytics.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
