Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. You will consolidate budgets in the planning tool, develop internal reporting, and provide insights to Executive Management and business leaders. The role emphasizes automation and process improvement across FP&A.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and business partners to interpret data, build models, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.
• Five or more years of FP&A, accounting, finance, treasury, or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Expert knowledge of financial systems; knowledge of Axiom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead components of the annual budget process with stakeholders.
• Administer the financial planning tool for budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate estimates, run scenario analyses, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Create executive presentations and analyses for budget approval.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support month-end processes and data integrity; drive automation.
