Job summary

Maxim Crane Works, L.P. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization.

This role partners with Finance and operations leaders to analyze results, develop forecasts, and provide timely insights to improve business performance. The successful candidate will contribute to annual budgeting, build planning templates, and create dashboards enabling managers to evaluate performance against industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business management.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process from planning through Board approval.
• Build and maintain budget and forecast templates for business leaders.
• Prepare short-term forecasts using relevant drivers.
• Perform monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast and highlight risks.
• Develop business cases and ad-hoc analyses for operating and capital decisions.
• Contribute to long-range planning including fleet and five-year projections.
• Create reports and dashboards to help managers evaluate performance.
