AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for assigned business areas. You will partner with departments, develop budgets, forecast updates, and provide actionable insights to management and business leaders.

The role emphasizes collaboration across finance and operations, KPI development, and improving forecasting processes within a manufacturing/medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation of financial results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial business partner to assigned departments.
• Support development of annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, including leading meetings and preparing forecast updates.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and supplemental information.
• Assist in the monthly close process by attending review meetings and providing variance commentary.
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actions.
