Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
• Experience communicating results with business leaders.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting including operating expenses and headcount planning.
• Partner with department leaders to develop financial assumptions and projections.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
• Investigate performance variances and identify underlying business drivers.
• Develop financial models supporting strategic decisions and operational initiatives.
• Contribute to executive and ownership reporting.
• Support acquisition-related analysis and integration activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting, budgeting, and financial processes.

Preferred experience

• Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning software.
• Acquisition integration or financial due diligence.

Compensation:

$110,000–$120,000 base salary, depending on experience.
