Job summary

Goodwill - Jackson Township is hiring a part-time Cashier/Sales Floor Associate to deliver outstanding customer and donor service while operating the POS and maintaining accurate cash records.

You will stock, rotate, and merchandise the sales floor, keep the store clean and welcoming, assist with training new team members, and follow all safety and security procedures. This role supports programs like Round Up and Good Points and emphasizes a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
