Goodwill - Willowick, Ohio is seeking a full-time Cashier/Sales Floor Associate who is passionate about customer service and helping others. Join our Donated Goods Retail stores to support reuse, community impact, and opportunity.

You will deliver excellent customer and donor service, operate the POS, stock and merchandise the floor, and assist with training new team members. Goodwill offers a bonus incentive plan, generous PTO, retirement plan with company match, and comprehensive coverage

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction.
• Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures.
• End every transaction with a positive message: 'You changed a life today-thank you!'
