Job summary

Brownells in Grinnell, IA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a Tue-Fri shift, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. In this role you will support day-to-day fulfillment, pick and pack orders, receive inventory, and prepare shipments for customers nationwide.

No warehouse experience is required; training will be provided. You should be at least 18, dependable, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to learn our systems.

• Comfortable using basic technology and learning new systems.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately to fill customer orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, stock and organize incoming inventory.
• Support kitting and other fulfillment activities.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Help fulfill Retail Store door orders through 6:00 PM.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
